Great news. I finally got my act together and there are edited, and saved videos that will be published every Tuesday and Thursday for rest of month with a special St Pat’s day edition that we may do live of Facebook.
Next week there will be Steak on Tuesday and Pulled Pork on Thursday. I think more people ask for pulled port than any other recipe after Beer Bread!
Rest of month…Carnitas, Irish Special, Carne Guisada, crab meat Pizza, Twice baked potatoes and finally my salsa!
Today Mashed potatoes. Next time, I will add more butter or milk as after they sat they were a tad bit dry!
