Quick & Healthy 20 minute Meal

There will be many things I make that start with some of these basic ingredients.
1 pound of ground beef or I use venison
diced onion to taste
Garlic a tablespoon or more
Sesame oil or Olive oil to sauté the onion and garlic and eventually peppers
5 serrano peppers (optional)
Can of Flavored tomatoes, my favorites are fire roasted, Mexican and chipotle.
