Here it is, my Irish Coffee which is super simple and really good! There are very simple ingredients and you can modify as you like.
Irish Whisky, I prefer Jamesons
Whipped Cream
Brown Sugar
and you guessed it, COFFEE
Great way to end a meal, it is my type of dessert! Don’t use anything other than Irish Whisky and don’t use the expensive stuff, this Jameson or regular Bushmills is is all you need, remember there is only an ounce or two of if and what is more important is a good coffee. Decaf is perfect for those that can’t have caffeine at night!
